Cancelling a lesson

If you (student) cancel your lesson: 

- more than 12 hours before the beginning of the lesson: your account is re-credited by 100% of the price of the lesson (free cancellation)
- between 12 and 6 hours before the beginning of the lesson : your account is re-credited by 90% of the price of the lesson
- between 6 and 2 hours before the beginning of the lesson : your account is re-credited by 80% of the price of the lesson
- less than 2 hours before the beginning of the lesson : your account is re-credited by 70% of the price of the lesson. 

Interrupting a lesson / Payment by time used 

A lesson lasts 30 minutes, which you pay in three 10 minute blocks.If you consider during the lesson that your teacher doesn’t suit you, you can interrupt the lesson at any moment. Your credit account will be then be re-credited with the number of minutes (per 10 minute block) not used up. 

What happens if my teacher is absent from my lesson? A teacher is considered as absent if he or she doesn’t connect to your classroom in the 3 minutes following the beginning of the lesson. In this case, Learnissimo cancels the lesson automatically, and re-credits your credit account by 100%.
