MODIFICATION OF THE LEARNISSIMO INTERNAL REGULATIONS
LEARNISSIMO reserves the right to modify at any moment the Internal Regulations as well as the characteristics of the Internet site www.learnissimo.com.
RESPONSIBILITY
LEARNISSIMO’s role is that of an technical intermediary connecting the Participants through the means of the Platform. LEARNISSIMO does not take part contractually in the provision of Services. The Transactions are formed directly between the Service Provider and the User. LEARNISSIMO consequently incurs no responsibility in relation with the execution of the Transactions – subject to its responsibilities as a Communications provider - and offers no guarantee as to the proper performance of the Services or the payment of the said Services by the User. LEARNISSIMO provides no guarantee as to the availability or the performances of the Platform and the Participant cannot seek the liability of LEARNISSIMO for any loss of earnings, loss of opportunity or loss of turnover.
LEARNISSIMO does not exert any control and assumes no responsibility in relation to the quality, the compliance with offer or the law or the adequacy of the Services supplied by the Service Providers and, more generally, the content of the Communication; the reliability, the exactitude or the legality of any information relative to the Services or the identification of the Participants; the evaluations supplied by the Participants; the professional qualifications of the Service providers; the solvency of the Users. The Participant is responsible for direct or indirect, material or immaterial damages and prejudices caused to LEARNISSIMO and/or to any third party.
TERRITORIAL APPLICATION
The Participant accepts that his or her Transactions are overseen by French law irrespective of the User or the Service Provider’s country of residence and irrespective of the territory of emission or reception of the Services.
SERVICE PROVIDER’S OBLIGATIONS
The teachers are in no case employees of Learnissimo. It is the teachers’ duty to act in accordance with the laws of their respective countries of residence. The teacher Service Provider is informed that as soon as he or she exerts Services activities on the LEARNISSIMO market place on a regular basis, he or she may be subject to certain obligations of tax declaration or liability. Thus the regular conclusion of transactions on LEARNISSIMO is likely to lead to an obligation to make a declaration to the fiscal administration for the Service Provider’s country of residence. The Service Provider acknowledges that he or she is liable for all taxes resulting from the conclusion of Transactions on the LEARNISSIMO platform.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Data collection - The information collected by LEARNISSIMO is intended for its exclusive use. LEARNISSIMO agrees not to divulge, transfer, sell, rent, commercialise, give, or lend to third parties your electronic address or any other personal or professional information.
